Ajay Arora — CEO and Founder

Ajay began his career at New York University’s Stern School of Business. While pursuing a joint degree in information systems and accounting at Stern, Ajay worked full time in the school’s Computer and Network System. During that time he helped to develop and implement the Stern School of Business LAN/WAN infrastructure.

In 1996, Ajay co-founded with Walter Flaschka the consulting firm Web Design House, Inc. ("WDH"). As a WDH consultant Ajay was involved in creating several web sites including wdh.com, stocksiren.com, wealumni.com, onmoney.com, 123jump.com and dailystocks.com. Ajay also built the web site agendaonline.com for the leading event industry publication Agenda USA. That experience gave Ajay a comprehensive understanding of the needs of professional meeting planners.

In 1998, utilizing his extensive experience in network infrastructure, database designs and product development, Ajay co-founded — again with Walter — eRSVP.com, the response management tool for meeting planners.

Walter Flaschka — Co-Founder, Programmer

Walter has been a web developer since the earliest days of the web. Starting out as a senior manager in New York University’s Stern School of Business IT Department, Walter has since worked as a design and programming consultant to firms such as Gray Advertising, Banco Paribas, SBG Warburg Dillon Reed and PixelPark. In 1996, Walter co-founded with Ajay Arora the consulting firm Web Design House, Inc.

In 1998 Walter co-founded eRSVP.com with Ajay. Walter has 10 years of general information technology, graphics and programming experience and ten years of web-based experience in database design, user interface, programming and system architecture.
